Demolition of existing single storey rear kitchen extension.

New full width single storey extension to form new living space, playroom and re-configured kitchen. New utility space with side door access along with WC. Bi-fold doors facing into south facing rear garden, flat single ply roof with lantern to provide additional natural daylight into the new space.

Start on site May 2018 – completed September 2018
